The volume commemorates the former bishop, poet and organizer of science, János Kis. The work of the almost completely forgotten clergyman was quoted at a conference in the fall of 2020, examining the oeuvre from a number of disciplines. The purpose of the gap-filling publication, which contains an edited version of the speeches made there, is to enable John the Little to regain his worthy place in both the ecclesiastical and secular spheres by exploring this oeuvre.
