Authors are asked to provide the following information when registering

The registration form includes all of these.

- Last name, first name

- What can we call you? You can enter a title and middle name here.

- Email by whom

- ORCID ID 

- Affiliation, position

- Work or personal website link (if available)

- Home address (copies will be sent to this address, so please provide an address where you are sure the postal item will be received)
